No one other than Cody has ever seen this character, but he's actually one of my oldest. He's from my oldest series, which used to be called 'Shadow Saga', but that's lame and stupid, so I've yet to rename it.
A little while back, I went over the characters from this series and retouched them, to have more interesting designs and back stories. Rei's thing has always been that he was blind and wore a visor that allowed him to see. He's the last survivor of a nonviolent group known as Maelstrom that the government wiped out 5 years before the series. He serves as the series' main antagonist. |
